Comment réparer l'erreur "Impossible d'installer les packages en raison d'une erreur EnvironmentError: HTTPSConnectionPool"?

J'essaie d'installer le package jupyterthemes et j'obtiens cette erreur.

Vous semblez exécuter pip derrière un proxy, si c'est le cas, exécutez pip --proxy "mettez le proxy ici", installez jupyterthemes

Il semble que vous deviez ajouter des hôtes de confiance.

veuillez vérifier si la date est correctement réglée. cette erreur apparaît généralement lorsque l'heure et la date sont différentes de celles du serveur.
